Job Summary
The Hunting and Fishing Sales Associate is responsible for greeting customers, enhancing personal sales by hitting targets, promoting the Scheels Visa Rewards card, and assisting customers in making buying decisions. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, a customer service orientation, and a willingness to engage in product training. Associates are expected to maintain a professional appearance, assist with freight/stocking when necessary, and exhibit teamwork and adaptability. A high school diploma or GED is preferred along with sales experience.
