Unload freight, tag, fold, hang and price merchandise; restock and display products; assist customers and sales staff with loading purchased items; maintain a clean and organized work area; demonstrate basic math and reading/comprehension skills; communicate effectively with customers and teammates; adapt to varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; pursue knowledge growth through product training and mentorship; uphold Scheels’ policies and deliver a positive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
