Job Summary
Hunter role focused on following up with potential customers to assist in closing sales based on System Design Specialists’ initial in-home inspection and proposed product solution. Responsibilities include proactive follow-up via telephone/email with unsold proposals, maintaining accurate customer files, meeting or exceeding activity goals, supporting ongoing follow-up of potential customers, delivering a remarkable customer experience, and ensuring regular, reliable on-site attendance. Needs strong rapport-building, presentation, and sales skills, excellent organizational and administrative capabilities, and effective verbal and written communication in English. Requires ability to operate a computer, handle multiple tasks, data entry accuracy, and a proven, goal-oriented mindset with teamwork and resilience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Home Improvement/Construction related industry experience highly preferred
- Professional office environment experience preferred
