Job Summary
HUMINT Targeting Specialist responsible for providing detailed all-source HUMINT targeting support against assigned targets, developing in-depth analyses to support operational planning and target knowledge, and identifying key nodes within networks. Apply analytical methodologies across multi-intelligence communities to enhance HUMINT collection operations, produce Targeting Packages (TPs), and leverage client systems to track field-generated requests and production status. Work with databases and tools such as TAC, TIDE, SIGINT databases, MAS, QLIXs, KaCHING, and Palantir to conduct analysis and support targeting efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of hands-on HUMINT experience
- HUMINT operational background
- support to TF or SOF
- support to strategic foreign intelligence collection
- Current active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
- Washington, DC location
