Job Summary
Shoot and edit videos of all summer camp programs, producing programmatic and promotional content that preserves ministry stories for families and the broader community. Operate Panasonic cameras and utilize Adobe Creative Suite to capture powerful moments during camp activities. Adhere to safety procedures, follow verbal and written instructions, and maintain a positive attitude while performing physical tasks outdoors or indoors. Work in extreme weather conditions, at high altitude, and in small living quarters within a supportive, Christ-centered team environment. On-site housing is provided for a minimal rate, with dining and charter school access available for staff children.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work with or learn how to use Adobe Creative Suite
- Must be able to shoot on Panasonic cameras
- Must be able to present examples of past projects
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of employment
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to perform physical tasks and work outdoors or indoors as needed
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work under supervision
- Must agree with and support Hume Christian Camps' Statement of Faith
- Must have a personal commitment to Jesus Christ and a desire to share the Gospel through word and deed
- Ability to stand, walk, run, frequently lift up to 50 pounds, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Live and work in extreme weather conditions, at high altitude, and in small living quarters
