Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based, play-centered speech and language therapy for a pediatric caseload, including comprehensive evaluations and tailored treatment plans. Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and mentorship, and build strong relationships with patients and families. Enjoy a guaranteed 40-hour week from day one with a sign-on/relocation bonus and flexible schedule options (traditional 5-day, 4x10s, or early-out Fridays) within a mission-driven private practice.
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
- New graduates (CFs) and CCC-SLPs welcome
- Pediatric therapy experience preferred (internship experience counts)
- Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist role
- Bilingual SLP preferred for additional $3,000
- CCC-SLP not required for all; CCC-SLPs welcome
