Job Summary
Hybrid Senior Reliability Engineer role focused on Centaur V upper stage for NASA Artemis missions. Responsible for FMECA/FMEA, reliability predictions (MIL-HDBK-217), PRA, and data-driven risk reduction to meet human-rating requirements. Supports design reviews, prepares technical reports and hazard/risk documentation for NASA certification and program milestones. Requires a BS/BA in an engineering discipline and 6+ years of aerospace reliability experience. Must work on-site regularly at ULA facility in Colorado in a hybrid arrangement and collaborate with NASA/ULA stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of professional Reliability Engineering experience
- Experience with FMECA/FMEA and reliability predictions (MIL-HDBK-217 or equivalent)
- Experience supporting failure investigations and design reviews
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Dedication to crew safety and mission success
