Human Services Division Manager - Child, Family, & Adults

Provides leadership and oversight of the Child, Family, & Adults Division’s programs, ensuring consistent delivery of services to the Garfield County community. Directly supervises program managers and staff, drives strategic planning, and collaborates with the Executive Management Team to implement initiatives. Oversees budget and resource management, contract governance, and grant processes to secure funding and ensure program success. Builds and maintains community partnerships and ensures compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and quality standards; emphasizes staff development, coaching, and cross-program collaboration to improve outcomes for vulnerable populations.
