Job Summary
Monitor residents for changes in mental or physical health, provide direct client care, and administer medications within program guidelines. Accurately document services and notable behaviors while maintaining a clean environment and ensuring unit safety. Intervene in mental health crises, assist clinicians as needed, and transport clients to appointments or medication pickups. Learn and follow program policies to support clients in pursuing treatment goals. Maintain effective relationships with the program team and complete all required training and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in human services related field
- High School Diploma and two years paid experience in a similar position
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, Word, and Excel programs
- Must be able to lift 15-20lbs

- Valid Driver's License
