Job Summary
The Human Service Clinician provides clinical psychosocial assessment and treatment services to mental health consumers in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting face-to-face clinical assessments, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met for service reimbursement, delivering evidence-based treatment, and collaborating with various stakeholders for service coordination. Candidates must have a doctorate degree in Psychology or a relevant master's degree and must be provisionally licensed or licensed eligible. Proficiency in clinical assessment, evaluation, and intervention is key, with a minimum productivity standard of 25 units billed.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Psychology or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited college or university
- Licensed eligible or provisionally licensed in respective field
- Experience in clinical assessment and intervention services
- Ability to meet productivity standards for service delivery
