Job Summary
Participate in a 10-week summer internship program within PNC's Human Resources organization, gaining exposure to specific lines of business such as Learning & Talent Development, Workforce Strategies, Total Rewards, or HR Strategy. Apply knowledge to drive business results by assisting with core HR activities, including recruiting, learning and development, and compensation strategies, while working under supervision. Engage in social learning through networking, mentoring, and job shadowing to identify strategies for leveraging self-awareness and demonstrating high performance. This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA, and is open to juniors working toward a Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
