Human Resources Support Volunteer

Job Summary
Provide administrative and project-based HR support including applicant communication, interview scheduling, onboarding documentation, HR records maintenance, reporting, events, and answering HR questions. Work under the Director of Human Resources; assist with HR projects, coordination, and organization, while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism. Requires strong communication and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel) is helpful; familiarity with HRIS is a plus. Volunteer, part-time role with potential exposure to nonprofit HR processes and collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in Human Resources or administrative support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work independently with guidance
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel) helpful
- Familiarity with HRIS systems a plus but not required
- Agreement with OM USA’s Statement of Faith
