Job Summary
HR Supervisor role at 3M located in Indianapolis, IN. Responsible for guiding management and employees on HR guidelines, employee relations, compliance, performance management, workforce hiring, and training and development; supporting plant HR programs (training, employment law compliance, recruiting, new hire orientation, employee relations, performance management); analyzing department structures to improve organizational effectiveness; aiding talent acquisition and leadership development; delivering HR support across Employee Relations, Payroll/Benefits/Mobility, and related HR functions; requires a Bachelor's degree (or higher) and 3+ years HR experience, with supervisory experience preferred. On-site role with potential relocation consideration; compensation range $124,127 - $151,710 plus benefits; travel up to 5% domestic.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources in a private, public, government or military environment
- One (1) or more years of Human Resource supervisory experience
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships, credibility and trust
- Able to work independently and in a team on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
