Human Resources Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversees the HR team and leads recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and retention initiatives. Supports managers with performance management, coaching, and performance reviews; handles employee relations, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and OSHA/workplace-safety standards. Maintains OSHA records and documentation; collaborates with leadership on workforce planning and organizational-improvement opportunities; serves as a resource on HR policies and procedures while supporting the Director of HR and fostering a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience preferred
- 1-2 years of supervisory/lead experience
- Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, OSHA regulations, and workplace safety standards
- Strong communication, leadership, initiative, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred
