Job Summary
HR Supervisor on the 3rd Shift overseeing day-to-day HR administration, employee training/orientation, and administration of compensation/benefits; ensure compliance with union contracts and perform investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee relations activities; coordinate affirmative action and engagement programs, and assist in collective bargaining negotiations; prepare reports to reduce absenteeism/turnover; may represent the company at community or engagement events and support additional hours/weekends as needed; requires a Bachelor’s degree (work experience may substitute) with 3+ years of related experience; bilingual Spanish/English preferred; experience with SAP, Kronos, JobVite, and Excel is a plus; PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (work experience will be considered in lieu of the education requirement)
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- 3+ years of related experience
