Job Summary
Supervise day-to-day administration of personnel policies, training programs, and compensation and benefits at the assigned location. Oversee affirmative action and employee relations initiatives while recommending program enhancements and submitting budget recommendations for personnel operations. Conduct exit interviews for separations with cause, represent the company in personnel hearings, and assist in collective bargaining negotiations. Prepare reports to reduce absenteeism and turnover, ensuring all programs align with corporate standards. Requires willingness to work the 2nd shift and additional hours or weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience
