Job Summary
The HR Strategic Partner will align HR laws with client policies, draft essential HR documents, and provide strategic guidance on hiring, onboarding, compensation management, culture, performance, terminations, benefits administration, disciplinary action, and leave management (FMLA, PFL). The role oversees client onboarding processes, develops onboarding plans, and travels up to 70% across the Five Boroughs to support multiple industries from an onsite base in The Bronx, NY. Requires 3-5 years HR Generalist/HRBP/HR Manager experience and bilingual English-Spanish proficiency, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
Required Qualifications
- Previous HR experience as a Generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager (minimum 3-5 years)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook)
