Job Summary
Maintain and process employee data within the HRIS; handle new hire information, payroll updates, and employment status changes; coordinate payroll reporting and onboarding activities; administer I-9 compliance; monitor licenses, certifications, and required training; generate workforce and HR reports; maintain performance review records; coordinate separation processes; respond to HRIS, payroll, and employment-related inquiries; provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience or 5 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting HRIS systems; Lawson experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
