Job Summary
HR Specialist role to cover maternity leave on an 11-month fixed-term basis. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end recruitment activities, preparing complex and ad hoc statistical reports, contributing as a project member, backing up the Senior HR Officer, and supporting Learning & Development and performance management processes within a manufacturing environment. Education required is a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline (or equivalent relevant experience). Requires at least 2 years of HR experience in manufacturing, proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to utilize AI-powered tools. Strong English communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset are essential for working with local and global teams. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 2 years of Human Resources experience in the manufacturing industry

- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
