Human Resources Specialist - Talent Acquisition and Engagement

HR Specialist responsible for Talent Acquisition, employee engagement, benefits, health & safety, and related HR initiatives in a permanent, full-time role based in Sudbury, ON. Will administer recruitment, write/edit job postings, maintain branding hubs, oversee engagement/recognition events, manage benefit programs, support training and safety initiatives, and assist with HRIS and data management. Requires post-secondary degree/diploma and 1-2 years’ experience in HR-related portfolios; strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills; valid G license; proficiency in Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook; experience with HRIS is a plus.
