Job Summary
Human Resources Specialist role in Solvay's HR Connect focusing on Benefits Local Coordination, defining and aligning benefits strategy, planning and optimizing benefits programs, selecting and managing vendors and costs, ensuring compliance (including IAS 19), and driving communication and education with a Total Rewards mindset. The position is a fixed-term contract for 9 months with hybrid working mode, based in São Paulo, Brazil. The candidate should have a relevant degree in Business Administration or equivalent HR experience (5-10 years), strong communication and regulatory knowledge, and proficiency in English. The role involves interaction with the Total Rewards Team and responsibilities related to benefits governance, audits, and continuous improvement through data and insights.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Business Administration or other degrees with experience in Human Resources
- 5 to 10 years of experience in an HR-related role
- Competencies: Relevant work experience in Benefits
- Advanced English
- Knowledge of Pension Plans (nice to have)
