Human Resources Specialist

Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, learning and development, employee welfare, and engagement activities. Handle HR operational matters such as leave and attendance tracking, social insurance, health insurance, employee claims, and internal communications. Support payroll preparation and coordination with external vendors, maintain HRIS systems, and prepare employee records in compliance with Vietnam labor regulations. Implement HR policies and procedures while supporting company events and training programs.
