Job Summary
Assists the Human Resources Manager with various HR administrative functions and performs administrative duties related to the operations of the branch or office. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, administering pre-employment tests and background checks, processing I-9 forms, assisting with benefits enrollment, maintaining electronic personnel files, updating HRIS, handling verification of employment, preparing separation notices, supporting QA initiatives, responding to unemployment inquiries, assisting with FMLA and Workers’ Compensation, and performing general clerical duties. Requires strong organizational, communication, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS tools; ability to travel occasionally; valid driver’s license; ability to pass drug screen and background check. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
