Job Summary
Provide administration of employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement), coordinate annual enrollment, ensure regulatory compliance (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA), assist employees, retirees, and dependents with benefits enrollment and issue resolution, oversee workers’ compensation tasks, participate in new employee orientation and benefits communications, maintain accurate benefits data in Workday, and assist with audits and compliance activities. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or equivalent experience and at least two years of related experience. Familiarity with benefit programs, ACA/COBRA/HIPAA/FMLA/retirement regulations, and strong communication and organizational skills are desired.
