Job Summary
Entry-level Human Resources Specialist for HRIS and Communications within Saint Cloud School District 742. Supports HRIS data management, employee communications, and employee resources; serves as an HR navigator for employees by helping them access information, understand procedures, and connect with HR staff. Develops plain-language guides, FAQs, checklists, and other HR resources; manages the HR website and digital content; creates short training videos and materials; facilitates internal communications campaigns; collaborates with multiple departments to ensure accurate records and effective workflows; maintains confidentiality and delivers professional, responsive service to a diverse staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Education, Organizational Leadership, or a closely related field
- Strong technology skills and ability to learn and manage HRIS and related employee management systems
