Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist with mental health industry knowledge to manage HR functions, create a positive work environment, conduct hiring processes, and assist with employee relations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a Human Resources or other related field in the mental health industry is a MUST
- Experience in conflict resolution
Desired Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, ADP, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving qualities
- Demonstrated ability to lead an office team
- Deep familiarity with basic HR policies, US employment laws, and industry best practices
