Job Summary
Partner with managers and employees to provide day-to-day HR guidance, administer policies in compliance with local labor laws, and maintain accurate employee records and organizational charts. Support annual performance management processes, including merit planning and review cycles, while assisting with compensation activities such as salary benchmarking and market analysis. Conduct exit interviews, respond to employee inquiries, and evaluate HR programs to recommend improvements for efficiency and the employee experience. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and assist with HR reporting, workforce analytics, and global initiatives. This role serves as a trusted HR partner for EMEA operations in Kyiv, Ukraine, requiring strong knowledge of local legislation and proficiency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a generalist role
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation and HR best practices
- Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation and HR administration
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting and interpretation
- Experience supporting annual compensation review processes, including merit planning and salary budgeting
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms with Workday experience strongly preferred
- Experience working remotely in a distributed or virtual work environment, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones
- Hands-on experience administering or supporting Workday HR pro
