Job Summary
HR Specialist provides operational HR support across onboarding, offboarding, employee record maintenance, documentation coordination, recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and HR process administration. It includes performance management coordination, employee communication, compliance documentation, HR reporting, and collaboration with QA and internal stakeholders. The role supports HR-related vendors (benefits, payroll, tax), handles administrative tasks, and contributes to process improvements in a fast-paced global company, with onsite presence in Princeton, NJ three days per week. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional in communication, and eager to learn how HR, operations, and leadership functions collaborate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Internship or prior administrative, HR, recruiting, office coordination, or operations support experience is a plus
