Job Summary
Integrate and maintain Paylocity services, ensuring all modules are properly configured, tested, and implemented from origination through completion. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within the HRIS while developing reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including creating job ads, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters. Conduct new employee orientation and benefits presentations, coordinate annual open enrollment, and perform pre-payroll audits to verify employee information and benefit deductions. Assist supervisors with coordination of employee reviews, support implementation of HR policies, and ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain personnel files, track mandatory training, and assist with audits and compliance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of one (1) year of Human Resources experience
- Experience administering HRIS systems
- Experience working in a multi-location organization
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization
