Job Summary
Human Resources Specialist responsible for administering HR processes including maintaining the disciplinary matrix, employee personnel files, training records, and compliance documentation; coordinating mandatory and optional employee training; administering the company drug testing program (Non-DOT); supporting onboarding and personnel processing; preparing reports and tracking logs; and maintaining confidentiality of HR records, under the direction of the HR Manager. Requires strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, andability to handle sensitive information; preferred Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration and HR certifications; experience with government contracts/regulations is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources or administrative experience.
- Combination of higher education and Human Resources experience totaling at least 2 years.
