Job Summary
As a Human Resources Representative (Onsite: Brookings, SD), you will lead or coach employees on projects across benefits, compensation, staffing, organizational development, and employee relations; recruit, screen, and onboard candidates for hourly and salaried roles; initiate projects aligned with business strategies and ensure deadlines are met; apply analytical skills to interpret data from company reporting systems; advise on policy inquiries and conduct salary reviews with recommendations; manage salary administration programs and contribute to updating employee handbooks. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) AND two (2) years of HR experience in a private, public, government, or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND six (6) years of HR experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
