Job Summary
Role: Human Resources Rep I. Responsibilities include providing direction and support to the business unit in Labour relations, Corporate Social Responsibility, compliance with legislation, staffing, employee development, employee counseling, training and performance management. Duties include making recommendations to senior management on issues concerning employees, recruiting, turnover or training; administering legislation-oriented compensation programs; ensuring adherence to state and central legislations and to local policies; training employees and non-employees in compliance requirements; liaising with government authorities; ensuring CSR compliance under legislations and enterprise policies; handling employee relations issues, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing; conducting organizational effectiveness assessments and recommending programs; ensuring HR budgeting; providing governance in third-party contract management; supporting leaders to maintain an engaged work climate.
