Job Summary
Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms, review applications and portfolios, and screen applicants against role requirements. Conduct first interviews using prepared templates, take notes, and summarize candidate fit. Keep the hiring pipeline updated in our ATS, communicate status updates to hiring managers, and follow up with candidates to maintain engagement. Schedule interviews, prepare candidates for next steps, and support onboarding handoffs while keeping all hiring documents and trackers organized. You will have access to role requirements, templates, and interview structures to work from. This role exists to support our scaling hiring process for Shopify brands, offering direct ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- some experience in recruitment, HR support, candidate screening, sourcing, or admin work
- clear written and spoken English
- confidence speaking with candidates on video calls
- strong attention to detail
- good organization skills
- comfort working with Google Sheets, ATS tools, ClickUp, or similar systems
- the ability to follow a process consistently
- good judgment when reviewing candidates
- a professional and friendly communication style
- the ability to handle sensitive candidate information responsibly
- a proactive mindset: you follow up, update things, and don't wait to be chased
- Some overlap with European working hours required
