Job Summary
Screen resumes, source candidates, and interview for all levels across finance, technology, and support roles while managing accounts on recruiting platforms. Coordinate campus recruitment for the internship program and maintain relationships with third-party agencies. Work with C-Level executives to identify strategy improvements, solve problems, and optimize hiring processes. Assist senior HR staff with special projects and handle duties outside the scope of HR as requested. Manage the full hiring lifecycle from orientation to placement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of working experience with a minimum of 5 years in recruiting
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
