Job Summary
Human Resources - Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across the talent acquisition lifecycle. Responsibilities include coordinating interview schedules for external and internal candidates, communicating with candidates, search firms, and interviewers, managing multiple interview calendars, facilitating on-site logistics, creating and sending interview packets, arranging travel and accommodations for candidates and new hires, and collaborating with Learning & Development, Operations, IT, and HR to ensure a seamless onboarding and Day 1 experience. The role requires attention to detail, exceptional communication, and proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and MS Office. Hybrid schedule with telecommute on Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tue–Thu.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in administrative/support role in fast-paced or high-volume environment
- Recruiting or HR environment preferred
- Experience working with ATS and CRM tools; iCIMS preferred
- MS Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, TEAMS) required
