Job Summary
Human Resources Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple divisions, including heavy civil and infrastructure construction, aggregates and materials production, skilled trades and fleet maintenance, professional driving roles, and corporate support functions. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; attending job fairs and recruiting events; managing candidates in iCIMS; ensuring a positive candidate experience; coordinating with hiring managers on workforce planning; maintaining records and ensuring recruiting activities align with company processes and employment law requirements. Must be able to travel locally for recruitment activities and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple openings.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years recruiting experience
- Construction or skilled trades preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple openings at once
- Willingness to travel locally for job fairs, school events, and recruiting activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with iCIMS or willingness to learn
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
