Human Resources Recruiter (SW0132)

Job Summary

Execute full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding while managing a high volume of requisitions. Coordinate interview logistics, maintain daily tracking spreadsheets, and manage job requisitions in Workday and the Microsoft 365 suite. Communicate consistently with candidates and hiring managers regarding status updates and pipeline progress. Support offer management, background checks, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Prepare recruitment reports and represent HR at agency events as assigned. This temporary, onsite role in Oklahoma City requires a Bachelor's degree and five years of human resources management experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Must live in Oklahoma City area
  • Must be able to work onsite
  • Must be available for full-time in-office position
  • Must work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
  • Must have Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of professional experience in human resources management
  • Must have master's degree in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, public administration, sociology, psychology or a closely related degree plus 1 year of professional experience in human resources management
  • Must have equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have human resources management experience including job analysis
  • Must have human resources management experience including position classification
  • Must have human resources management experience including wage/salary and benefits administration
  • Must have human resources management experience including civil rights administration
  • Must have human resources management experience including recruitment
  • Must have human resources management experience including payroll administration
  • Must have at least 5 years of human resources management experience
  • Must have at least 5 years of recruitment experience
  • Must have at least 5 years of job analysis experience
  • Must have at least 5 years of job/position classification experience
  • Must have at least 5 years of wage/salary and benefits administration experience
  • Must have at least 5 years of civil rights administration experience
  • Must have at least 5 years of payroll experience
  • Must have expertise in leveraging recruitment technologies and tools
  • Must have expertise in leveraging applicant tracking systems
  • Must have expertise in leveraging Microsoft 365 suite
  • Must have proven track record in full-cycle recruitment
  • Must have proven track record in sourcing
  • Must have proven track record in screening
  • Must have proven track record in onboarding
  • Must have proven track record in optimizing recruitment processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and achieving recruitment goals

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, public administration, sociology, psychology or a closely related degree
  • Certifications in Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
  • Certifications in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
  • Certifications in Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
  • Certifications in SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Expertise in leveraging recruitment technologies and tools, including applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) and the Microsoft 365 suite, to streamline and optimize recruitment workflows
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on optimizing recruitment processes for efficiency, effectiveness, and achieving recruitment goals
