Human Resources - Recruiter - iCIMS

Recruiter responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including client intake meetings, posting job advertisements, sourcing talent, networking and qualifying candidates. Screen, interview and register prospective qualified professional candidates; submit and review candidates with the customer; schedule talent with the selection team and administer interview guides; negotiate salaries and deliver offers; focus on delivering high impact client and candidates service delivery. Must be skilled sourcers with attention to process and experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred).
