Job Summary
Execute full-cycle talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a high volume of requisitions. Optimize recruitment processes by posting and managing job advertisements across platforms while collaborating with external advertisers and hiring managers to align with organizational objectives. Coordinate interview logistics, manage job requisitions in Workday, and track pre-employment steps such as background checks to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintain daily recruitment tracking data, prepare status reports, and support targeted social media campaigns for hard-to-fill roles. This full-time in-office position (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday) includes a target start date of 9/1/2026 and requires an in-person interview.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Master's degree in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, public administration, sociology, psychology or a closely related degree
- 1 year of professional experience in human resources management
- Human resources management experience including job analysis
- Human resources management experience including position classification
- Human resources management experience including wage/salary and benefits administration
- Human resources management experience including civil rights administration
- Human resources management experience including recruitment
- Human resources management experience including payroll administration
- Work authorization (Oklahoma Status Verification System compliance)
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Expertise in leveraging recruitment technologies and tools, including applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday) and the Microsoft 365 suite
- Certifications in Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
- Certifications in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
- Certifications in Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
- Certifications in SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
