Job Summary
HR Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruitment across the USA, proactively sourcing technical, engineering, and sales talent; building partnerships with operations, project leadership, and procurement; developing talent pools and pipelines; delivering KPI reports; supporting induction and onboarding; driving inclusive recruitment; representing the company at events; organizing assessment centers; screening candidates and conducting initial interviews; leveraging HR systems; collaborating with regional and international teams; and traveling as needed to support nationwide recruiting efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment experience in a similar environment
- Proven recruitment experience within mechanical engineering, installations, commissioning, technical sales, and related supply chain roles
- Expertise in recruiting craft-level talent and craft supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in report writing and creating engaging job advertisements
- Experience collaborating with operations, project leadership, and procurement teams
- Ability to travel to various business units/sites across the USA as needed
- High School Diploma preferred but not required
