Human Resources Recruiter

Ensure job postings are completed within a timely manner of requisition date and review incoming employment applications to identify qualified candidates. Schedule and conduct interviews, partnering with senior leaders to coordinate in-person sessions and provide candidate recommendations. Complete background checks, hire forms, and new employee checklists while conducting HR orientation and managing the onboarding process. Follow through with 30-60-90 check-ins for all new employees, review HR invoices for accuracy, and file documents into appropriate employee files. Actively participate in HR industry networks to bring innovative ideas to the credit union. This role supports various human resources programs and procedures for all credit union employees.
