Job Summary
Conduct recruitment, hiring, and onboarding while managing employee records, contracts, and licensure tracking. Maintain HRIS and applicant tracking systems with strict confidentiality and strong organizational skills. Support all personnel operations for the Saco, Biddeford, and Dayton School Departments, along with the Southern Maine Administrative Collaborative. This year-round exempt position reports to the Director of Human Resources. A Bachelor's degree and five years of HR experience are required, with SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree [or equivalent experience]
- Current State of Maine Criminal History Records Check approval or ability to obtain
- FLSA Status: Exempt. Salaried position, year-round
Desired Qualifications
- SHRM or PHR Professional Human Resource Certification preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years human resource-related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience is desirable
