Job Summary
Senior Manager, Human Resources Payroll Technology and Architecture leads key payroll technology initiatives; shapes strategies for comprehensive payroll architecture, ensures accuracy, efficiency, and scalability; manages architecture components, supplier relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to support workforce management and HR operations; requires extensive technology leadership, global program delivery, HR domain platform experience, and a focus on enterprise payroll architecture.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a Technology and Architecture leadership role
- 5+ years delivering global and complex transformational programs using Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, etc.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams in HR domains or centers of excellence in portfolio delivery
- 3+ years in HR business domain platforms/HRIS/HRMS/Workday/Analytics
- 3+ years operating in a Shared Services environment
- Willing and able to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
