Coordinate human resources and payroll operations for Arrowmark LLC, including full-cycle payroll for 150 employees, benefits administration, compliance with federal/state/local employment/payroll laws, and managing recruiting processes from posting to interviews and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 or more years of experience in Human Resource and full cycle payroll
- Valid AZ driver license and acceptable MVR
- Drug screen and background check
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Familiarity with I-9, E-Verify, wage and hour laws
- Attention to detail and accuracy
