Job Summary
Human Resources Partner role supporting internal and external customers with HR guidance, policies, and compliance. Responsibilities include developing knowledge across HR areas, coaching leaders and employees, maintaining regulatory knowledge, handling confidential information, managing data and reporting, proposing solutions independently, and driving process improvements. Requires a B.A./B.S. in HR or related field and typically four years of HR experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and ability to work both independently and within a team. Required Qualifications
- B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related field
- Typically four years experience within Human Resources or a related field
- Solid knowledge of laws and legal practices and procedures as it pertains to HR area
- Excellent listening, coaching, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical ability and problem resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and data
- Demonstrated ability to handle/prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with an HRIS system and processes
- Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
- Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL (where applicable)
- Negative drug test result(s) (where applicable)
