Job Summary
HR Partner – ICP Plant at Littelfuse will partner with Piedras Negras plant leadership and employees to drive HR strategies that support business objectives, employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence. The role covers employee relations, talent management, organizational development, HR operations, compliance with local labor laws, recruiting/workforce planning in collaboration with Talent Acquisition, leading HR programs and projects, monitoring HR metrics, and supporting change management to foster a positive, inclusive, high-performance culture. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years of HR experience in manufacturing environments, with leadership experience; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; Workday/HRIS experience and PHR preferred. Responsibilities include policy interpretation, conflict resolution, performance concerns, coaching leaders and employees, and ensuring audits and reporting compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience within manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
- Previous management or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of general HR practices including employee relations, talent management, recruiting, performance management, and organizational development
- Experience supporting plant operations and partnering with operational leadership teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues and develop practical solutions
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred
- Knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance requirements
- PHR certification or equivalent is preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
