Human Resources Partner (Employee Experience Consultant)

Resolve employee relations concerns by meeting with staff, interpreting policies, counseling managers, and conducting fair investigations into complaints. Serve as the primary point of contact for grievances, facilitate dispute procedures, and administer unemployment claims while monitoring workplace morale. Recruit, screen, and interview applicants; check references, extend offers, and ensure all hiring activities comply with government regulations. Coach managers on performance management and recommend improvements to organizational culture. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and stay updated on labor laws to mitigate risks.
