Job Summary
Lead HR service delivery for multiple clients across diverse industries as an HRO Supervisor, overseeing a team of HR Consultants to ensure compliant, scalable HR operations and advisory services. Provide strategic HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, and best practices; standardize and optimize HR processes across clients; oversee multi-client HR activities including HRIS implementations (Rippling, UKG, ADP, Paychex, Paylocity) and due diligence in M&A contexts; support business development through proposals and client presentations; mentor and coach HR professionals and lead organizational change initiatives. Travel up to 25% may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–10+ years of HR experience supporting US based organizations
- Experience managing HR professionals (mentoring, coaching, performance management)
- Multi-client or multi-business unit experience (consulting, outsourcing, or large corporate HR roles with multiple stakeholders)
- Expertise in US based HR strategy, compliance, policy development, and process improvement
- Experience advising on complex US HR matters (employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, investigations)
- Proven ability to build, optimize, and scale HR processes
- Strong project management skills (HR technology implementations, mergers/acquisitions, assessments)
- Experience with HRIS selection and implementation (Rippling, UKG, ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, etc.)
- Ability to manage ambiguity, lead through change, and navigate complex stakeholder needs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (internal teams, clients, leadership)
- Travel up to 25% may be required based on client and business needs
