Job Summary
Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders, providing guidance on people-related issues, organizational design, and workforce planning. Partner with leadership to translate organizational priorities into actionable HR strategies and align initiatives with operational needs. Use data and insights to inform decision-making, coach managers on employee relations, and support fair policy application. Conduct investigations, guide performance management cycles, and identify skill gaps for targeted development. Champion inclusive behaviors, facilitate team-building, and assist in designing organizational structures for efficiency. Work closely with HR centers of excellence to ensure seamless program delivery and monitor workforce metrics for trend analysis. Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate documentation for audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4+ years of progressive HR experience
- preferably in an HRBP or consultative HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices
- Strong knowledge of employment law
- Strong knowledge of organizational development principles
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
- Demonstrated ability to influence leaders at all levels
- Experience managing complex employee-relations matters
- Excellent communication skills
