Job Summary
The Human Resources Operations Specialist role focuses on executing operational HR activities at the Atlanta Support Center with a process-improvement mindset. Responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for benefits, leave, policies, and HR operational processes; managing HRIS data and workflows; coordinating onboarding, job changes, promotions and status updates; creating and distributing basic HR dashboards and workforce reports; analyzing workforce data to identify trends and risks; administering benefits (including annual open enrollment); supporting payroll data accuracy through HR systems liaison; ensuring compliance with state and federal employment laws; assisting with total rewards processes and vendor relationships; and collaborating with accounting to align employee data with payroll. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years HR experience, experience with HR systems and reporting tools, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 3-5 years related Human Resources experience
- Experience working with HR systems and reporting tools
- Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and deadlines
- Proven ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) to multiple groups
- Proven ability to stay organized and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to create, analyze and interpret dashboards, metrics and workforce reports
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Proficiency in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
